📃 Terms and Conditions

I. General
1. No cancellations! If you insist on cancelling, cancellation fee is 50% of the item price. This means if an item is ₱100, I will not refund the ₱100 and you will have to pay me an additional ₱50 as cancellation fee.
2. All items are OFFICIAL unless stated otherwise.
3. I will be sending photo conditions via DM, video conditions are upon request.
4. DOPs are to be agreed on via DM and I am very lenient, so please stick to what we agree on. I do not charge late payment fees, but please do not ghost me.
5. Joy reservers are automatically blocked and a thread will be tweeted with their details.
6. I will try my best to include freebies such as unofficial photocards and stickers, but as mentioned, these are FREEBIES so they are NOT required.II. Shipping
7. All packing items (carton, sleeves, bubble wrap) are recycled, but have been sanitized before shipping out.
8. I will do my best to pack each item securely using sturdy carton and bubble wrap.
9. All photocards will be shipped in a sleeve and toploader.
10. MODs may change from time to time, depending on my work and personal schedules. I will try to be as accommodating as I can be for your preferred MOD.
11. Once item has been picked up by courier, I am no longer liable for this. Any missing/damaged items due to courier mishandling will not be refunded.
12. Any damaged or missing items due to seller's fault will only be refunded/replaced if an uncut unboxing video is provided by buyer.

Mercari Japan Pasabuy terms:

1. Buyer has to send link from Mercari.jp, example via DM.
2. As I am not familiar with other groups apart from NCT,
I cannot check the authenticity of every listing sent. Before sending any pasabuy requests, please double check if the listing contains authentic/official items and if the seller has a good rating or transaction history. If you still have doubts about the listing even after checking, please ask me before requesting to secure, I would be glad to check for you (if NCT) or ask around my moots for advise about it. Once items are secured and paid, no cancellations are allowed. Please refer to my main Terms and Conditions for more info on cancellations.
3. I will be sending a quote, base price + fees(currency conversion fee+buying service fee) and if they confirm they want to push through with it, I will secure it.
4. All pasabuys are PAYO or within 1 hour of securing.
5. If multiple links are sent, further items will only be secured once previous link/transaction has been paid for.
6. Items will be cancelled once payment has not been received within above timeframe.
7. All items are shipped in a box via UPS or EMS, whichever has lower fees. From experience, ETA is usually 3 days (UPS) / 7 days (EMS) after ship out from Japan. If other couriers will be used, I will inform you as soon as the box is ready for shipping.
8. Each pasabuy is non-profit, I only open a batch when I personally bought something in Mercari.
9. I receive the paper goods from Mercari in a box and they are individually packed inside (90% of the time including packaging from seller), so I DO NOT open your items. I ship them to the buyers as is, with the exception of added packaging material when I received the items in flimsy packaging.
10. Most sellers in Mercari are honest with marks/damage within their listing but in the situation that there are undisclosed damages/marks by the seller, payment will not be refunded. Please buy at your own risk.
